Brief:
Sanofi commissioned Brainstorm to launch the roll-out of an all-new internal communications plan designed to enable employees to share working practices and gain a better understanding of the environment under which pharmaceutical companies need to operate.
Insight:
Sanofi were keen to shake-up the standard formula for annual conferences.
Solution:
Brainstorm designed and delivered a brand new event format. We transformed the venue into a vast experiential space consisting of a central stage area with three screens and five inflatable learning pods. The usual formal speeches and business unit meetings made way for an informal atmosphere, shorter bursts of activity and more interactive experiences.
Result:
The event gained the most positive delegate feedback the client has ever had for an event of this nature. The client acknowledged its success in motivating and engaging staff members, while effecting a highly impactful roll-out of the new communications programme.
