Project: National Network Awards 2011



Brief:

Porsche commissioned Brainstorm to produce a national awards ceremony to recognise the outstanding achievements by network personnel. The event should reflect Porsche’s commitment to delivering a very personal customer experience. All aspects of the event, from venue, transport, logistics, theming, entertainment and pre/post comms, should be considered.



Insight:

Delivering a very personal customer experience is at the very heart of the Porsche philosophy.



Solution:

We wanted to give Porsche personnel the same level of highly personal service afforded to Porsche customers. We negotiated exclusive use of a five star hotel for the awards event, and established and manned our own ‘Porsche VIP Concierge’ service in the run-up to the event, to deal with enquiries and requests from guests. From the moment the guests received their invitation, they were treated as VIPs, offered spa treatments and private executive transfers, with a VIP valet service on arrival at the venue. Optional activites were offered during the day, with the event culminating in a fabulous black tie ceremony, with rugby star Will Greenwood as guest speaker.



Result:

Over 250 personnel attended from 31 Porsche centres nationwide. Feedback was overwhelmingly positive, with the VIP Concierge idea particularly well received. Porsche have since commissioned us to create a promotional film for the event.
