Project: Customer insight iPod, iPad app



Brief:

Häagen-Dazs Shops International wanted an innovative and engaging way to collect customer feedback from multiple global locations. The solution had to be simple, on-brand and automated.



Insight:

As a super premium ice cream brand, HDSI were keen for a solution which complemented the brand experience.



Solution:

Drawing upon the unique functionality of both the Apple iPod Touch and iPad, we provided HDSI with a dynamic, web-based application. The solution presented demographic, psychographic and behavioural quantitative questions in multiple languages via iPod Touch / iPad units during their shop visits.



Result:

Simultaneous quantitative research delivered in nine locations globally delivering questionnaires in six languages. The solution has been nominated for multiple awards and the data and insights gained from the research has provided invaluable customer profiling that is used to help shape future strategy.
